Bible Reading: 1 Peter 5:1-5

Focus Verse:  1 Peter 5:5 All of you, leaders and followers alike, are to be down to earth with each other, for– God has had it with the proud, But takes delight in just plain people.

We need to be willing to care for others, desire to serve others and lead by example. We need to avoid negative models, failing to live by the ‘Principles of Recovery’ Jesus provides an example of us of the people He wants us to become. We need to submit to the leadership of the Holy Spirit and allow God‘s, peace and wisdom to flow through us each and every day we spend ‘Serving in Recovery’
