We came to believe that a Power greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity
John 15:9 “I’ve loved you the way my Father has loved me. Make yourselves at home in my love.”
We are told in John 15:5-15 to love others the way God loves us. Sometimes outside our comfort zones. sometimes beyond spoken words.
Love doesn’t tell people what their problem is/ It helps them to COPE with the truth of their situations and circumstances. Helps them to explore solutions that are right for them.
John 15:12-14 This is my command: Love one another the way I loved you. This is the very best way to love. Put your life on the line for your friends. You are my friends when you do the things I command you.
Making ourselves at home in God’s love requires obedience to His guidance and helping others do likewise.
