The death of Jesus was designed not only for an example of patience under sufferings, but he bore our sins; He bore the punishment of them, and thereby satisfied Divine justice. He takes them away from us.
The fruits of Jesus’ sufferings are the death of sin, a new and holy way of living. He lived and died as our example of achieving both. Giving us powerful motives, and the tools we need to Live Life Recovery.
