Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers,Psalm 1:1
Other people can have a profound effect on our recovery, even the mockers. That is why we need to take time in the process of change to examine our relationships. There are some relationships we need to make changes in and some we just need to end for our own health and well being. At this point in recovery only two paths are available to us. One is obedience to God and His will/ The other is rebellion and destruction.
I was born in Paisley, Renfrewshire, Scotland.
I now live in Melbourne, Australia with my wife Karen and my three children Duncan Mitchell and Ashleigh. I am a recovered alcoholic. recovered through the Saving Grace of Jesus Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit living in and working through me.
My life's mission is to help people suffering from addiction discover a personal relationship with Jesus Christ so they can experience what it means to be truly sober.
